The aim of Ultimate Property Phuket

The core aim is to provide a reliable database on what property is available to buy or rent in Phuket.

We are not affiliated to any broker or developer and so the key is to provide an independant data base from which a potential buyer or renter can further evaluate their options.

We will have links to articles and information sources that we believe are reliable but it is not intended to be a complete dossier on how to become involved in property in Phuket as each individual will have unique circumstances but it is hoped that a general overview will be provided.

Links to professionals such as lawyers, estate agents and accountants will also be supplied along with general information on visa requirements, the banking system, education facilities and medical care will also be given.

As a general rule the information displayed will be input by the professional or developer involved and we will act as a benelevent editor of the information provided. Thus if a developer was to claim that his property in Racha was 15 mins from the airport then this might be amended but if he states that the villas had 4 bedrooms then that would be taken at face value.

The developers will be encouraged to update their listings on a regular basis so that the enquiries generated from this site will become an additional marketing tool for their benefit.

In time it is hoped that this site will also cover the social side of living or visiting Phuket giving reviews of restaurants, golf courses, diving opportunities and places of interest.

A listing of the hotels and links to their sites will enable holiday bookings to be easily undertaken along with details of the routes flown by airlines and their published schedules each day.
